A healthier home
starts here.

“Every business has a story. Mine started with a simple idea — if you can genuinely solve someone’s problem, you can earn their trust.”

My name is Kevi Singh, an entrepreneur and the founder of Odourless Pest Control (OPC). With more than 8 years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry, I have spent years working in the field, understanding pest problems and, most importantly, understanding what customers actually need.

Over the years, pest control has become much more than just a profession for me. It has become a journey of learning, problem-solving, building relationships and creating something of my own.

Where Experience Became a Vision

My experience in the field has given me the opportunity to deal with countless pest-related situations — from termite infestations in homes and buildings to cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs, ants, mosquitoes and other common pest problems.

But one thing became clear to me with every job: No two pest problems are exactly the same.

A treatment that works for one property may not be the right approach for another. The structure of a building, the source of an infestation, the level of pest activity and the customer’s requirements all matter. That is why I believe professional pest control should begin with understanding the problem, not simply applying a treatment. This mindset gradually became the foundation for my own business.

The Beginning of Odourless Pest Control

As my experience grew, so did my ambition to build something of my own. I wanted to create a pest control company where customers would receive more than just a service — professional guidance, proper treatment, clear communication and genuine care for their problem.

That vision led to the creation of Odourless Pest Control (OPC). Today, OPC provides solutions for residential, commercial and industrial properties across Punjab.

For Me, Customer Satisfaction Is Personal

I have always believed that a business should be built around the people it serves. When a customer calls us, they are usually dealing with a problem that is affecting their home, family, workplace or business. They want an answer, someone to take their concern seriously, and to know they called the right person.

The most satisfying part of my work is not simply finishing a treatment or receiving a payment. It is hearing a customer say: “Yes, our problem is solved.”

When you genuinely solve someone’s problem, you don’t have to chase trust — trust comes naturally. And when customers trust you, they remember you, recommend you and come back.

From Technician to Entrepreneur

My journey has also taught me that entrepreneurship is not simply about owning a business. It is about taking responsibility, making decisions, learning from mistakes, improving every day and being willing to put your own name behind the work you deliver.

The experience I gained in the field gave me the technical understanding. Working with customers taught me communication and responsibility. And becoming an entrepreneur taught me how to bring those two things together and build a service that people can rely on.

Why “Odourless” Matters

The name Odourless Pest Control represents our focus on providing pest management solutions with customer comfort in mind. Where appropriate for the particular treatment, we aim to use low-odour or odourless solutions and responsible application practices. It represents the kind of experience we want customers to associate with our brand — professional, comfortable, responsible and trustworthy.

What I Have Learned in 8 Years & My Vision

Eight years in pest management have taught me that experience is about the number of problems you have faced and the lessons you have learned. Every property teaches something. That is why I continue to stay updated with better equipment, improved techniques, new technology and modern pest management practices.

My vision is to grow Odourless Pest Control into a trusted and professional brand — built on quality work and customer recommendation, not just advertising.
